Childcare Vouchers Remove Lengthy Administration Work for Nurseries
Hawthorns Nursery is a small independent nursery in Staffordshire. It has 54 children, aged between six-weeks and five-years-old, attending regularly for a combination of learning and games.
The nursery caters for the requirements of working parents and is constantly looking for ways it can make parents’ lives easier. As a result, it accepts Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers as a method of payment for nursery fees.
Beccy Willoughby is the nursery’s deputy manager and says Childcare Vouchers don’t only help out parents, but they also cut down on the amount of administration work required by The Hawthorns.
“We’ve been accepting Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers for more than four years now and they’re far easier to use than any other vouchers,” she said.
“With the automatic payments that parents can set up, like a standing order, it means we don’t have to wait or chase for payment and we avoid heavy administration work. We can just check our account once a month to make sure everyone’s money has gone in and concentrate on looking after the children.”
“I would definitely recommend other nurseries use Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers as they make everyone’s life easier,” concluded Beccy.
Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers are exempt from tax and National Insurance Contributions and can save parents up to £1,196 a year (subject to individual circumstances) on the cost of childcare. They can be used to pay for all forms of registered and approved childcare, including nurseries, nannies, au pairs, out of school clubs and holiday schemes.
It is easy for nurseries to set up to accept Childcare Vouchers – they simply need to contact Busy Bees carer helpline and they will be guided through the registration process.
