NI AND TAX SAVINGS FOR LEEDS HEALTH ECONOMY
Leeds Health Economy consists of the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Leeds Primary Care Trust and the Leeds Mental Health Trust.
Working together, the three organisations provide acute hospital services for the population of Leeds and the surrounding area and act as a regional centre for specialist services, including cancer and cardiac surgery. The Economy as a whole employs thousands of staff and treats more than a million patients a year.
To recruit and retain the best staff, Leeds Health Economy are helping their employees to save on the costs of their childcare, by offering Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers.
Leeds Health Economy joined the Busy Bees scheme in December 2004 to help working parents reduce the cost of their childcare.
They now have hundreds of members of staff regularly requesting Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers in exchange for part of their salary.
Requests for childcare vouchers are steadily increasing, as staff continue to learn of the great savings that can be made through the scheme.
