Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers are offered to parents in four different forms: Paper Vouchers, Redeem Direct Vouchers, Autopay and E-Vouchers.
Paper Vouchers
To redeem your vouchers you can:
- Call our automated voucher redemption line on 08000 431515 and select option 1
- Log on to your online account and select the 'REDEEM VOUCHERS' tab (for information regarding an online account please call 08000 431515 and select option 2)
- Email redeemingvouchers@busybeesvouchers.com and you will be sent an email informing you that your vouchers have been redeemed successfully
- Post your vouchers back to Busy Bees at our freepost address, Freepost RRAS-ATES-TRLH, Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers LTD, Lichfield, WS13 8SX.
- Call our Carer line on 08000 431515 and speak to one of our agents by selecting option 2
Redeem Direct Vouchers
You do not need to do anything to redeem parents Redeem Direct Vouchers as the parent uses an automatic payment to your account similar to a standing order.
E-Vouchers
You do not need to do anything to an E-Voucher as these vouchers are controlled by a parent using their online account. The parent will simply need to log onto their account and make a payment to you or set up an automatic payment similar to a standing order.
In all cases your payment will be sent by Bacs and a remittance advice will be sent to you detailing the parents name, voucher numbers and amounts paid by each parent and the total amount that will be credited to your bank account.
