The Busy Bees Childcare Voucher Scheme is designed for a range of businesses and organisations, from SMEs to the UK’s largest employers.


The process is simple and efficient:

• Parents contact Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers direct to place orders. This gives our Customer Services team an opportunity to fully discuss any changes related to Childcare Vouchers i.e. Cap increase, new payment system, Carer Update, etc…
  
  
• Parent orders can be placed for a one-month period through to an indefinite time period.
  
  
• Busy Bees collate the orders at the agreed cut off date and send the detail to the employer's payroll, confirming the order requirements for that specific salary.
  
  
• The employer arranges for deductions to be made in employees' salaries.
  
  
• Busy Bees arrange for vouchers to be despatched either by post or electronically.
