Today, Busy Bees has acquired Leapfrog Day Nurseries and Leapfrog Childcare Vouchers. This agreement makes Busy Bees the largest childcare provider in the UK and further supports the Group’s ambition to provide more Busy Bees care to more children and parents throughout the UK.

Busy Bees was instrumental in the development of Childcare Vouchers and provide Vouchers to more organisations in the UK than any other provider.

We have invested more than £1m in a new administrative system to improve our service to parents, employers and carers. We expect the new system to be fully operational by the end of the year.

Busy Bees Childcare Voucher customers can be confident that the level of service they receive will continue. We intend to extend the opportunity for discounts on nursery fees for Voucher users throughout the enlarged group. We will provide more details about this benefit over the next couple of months.
