To win £1,000 which you can spend on whatever you choose, all you need to do is simply introduce a parent and their employer to the Busy Bees Childcare Voucher Scheme.

For each new parent that you help to introduce the Busy Bees scheme at the workplace, we'll put your name in a hat. There's no limit to the number of parents you can introduce, so the more you recommend the Busy Bees Childcare Voucher Scheme to, the better chance you will have of scooping the prize.

All you need to do is fill in the form below each time you introduce a parent to Busy Bees.
